By using this site or Evolvance’s services, you agree to the following.
What we offer
- Evolve OS — an AI operating system for coffee shops & restaurants, provided as a subscription service.
- Custom systems — systems we build to fit your business, under a per-project contract and scope.
Trial and subscription
- Every plan starts with two weeks free, set up with you by our team, with no commitment.
- After that, the subscription is monthly or annual, depending on the plan you choose. Annual billing includes 3 months free.
- Each plan has a monthly active customer cap. Exceeding the cap on Growth and Pro is billed at the additional rate published on the pricing page; Solo has a fixed cap, and exceeding it requires an upgrade.
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Guarantee
We honor the guarantee published on the Evolve OS page. To request a refund within the guarantee period, message us and we’ll process it.
How the automation works (important)
The system proposes and acts with your approval: campaigns and win-back offers are shown to you for approval before they’re sent. The system never invents a price, a number, or an item — it works from your own data.
Your data
Your business data is yours. We process it to deliver the service to you, and we don’t sell it. See our Privacy Policy.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, use the service lawfully, and comply with the regulations that apply in your country — including the rules on messaging your customers and obtaining their consent.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep the service running and accurate, but it is provided as is. We do not guarantee profits or any particular financial outcome — what we guarantee is that the system works as described. In all cases, our liability will not exceed what you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Intellectual property
Evolve OS, our website, and its content belong to us. For custom systems, ownership is set out in the project contract — and the default is that the system we build for you is yours.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; anything material will be posted here with an updated date. We may suspend the service for abuse or non-payment.
These are our current service terms. They will be completed with full contractual terms once the company’s formal registration is finalized.
